Exchange Policy

This policy applies to products purchased from REUNION COMPUTER | الملتقى للكمبيوتر and operates in addition to mandatory rights under Bahrain law.

1. Exchange period

Requests should be submitted within 15 days from receipt of the product, together with the original invoice, valid receipt, or order number.

2. Product condition

For a preference-based exchange, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unregistered, undamaged, and in resalable condition with its original packaging, seals where applicable, serial-number labels, manuals, warranty materials, gifts, accessories, cables, and all included parts.

3. Procedure

Contact us before returning the product. State the order number, item, and reason for exchange. After receiving the product, we will inspect and, where needed, test it. An exchange is completed only after approval and subject to replacement availability.

4. Price differences

If the approved replacement costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with the Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Costs

The customer bears the delivery or return cost for an exchange based on preference or change of mind. REUNION COMPUTER bears the reasonable return and replacement delivery cost when the product is confirmed defective, malfunctioning, damaged on delivery, or not in conformity with the order.

6. Exclusions

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, exchange may be refused for activated software or licences, digital products, consumables, opened hygiene-sensitive items, custom-built or specially ordered products, items damaged through misuse or unauthorized work, incomplete items, missing serial numbers, or requests outside the exchange period. These exclusions do not remove legal remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

7. Unavailable replacement

If an approved replacement is unavailable, the customer may select another available product subject to any price difference or request a refund to the original payment method under the Refund & Returns Policy.
