Cancellation before shipping<\/h2>\n<p>You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped, handed to a courier, or prepared for collection where preparation involves activation, customization, or special ordering. Cancellation is not complete until confirmed by REUNION COMPUTER.<\/p>\n<h2>2. How to request cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Contact us as quickly as possible with the order number, customer name, registered telephone number, and reason for cancellation. Requests may be submitted by email to <a href=\"mailto:reunionpc@gmail.com\">reunionpc@gmail.com<\/a>, WhatsApp at <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/97336095955\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+973 36095955<\/a>, or telephone at <a href=\"tel:+97317695955\">+973 17695955<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>3. After shipping<\/h2>\n<p>An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped or handed to the courier. The customer may then request a return under the Refund &amp; Returns Policy after receiving the product, subject to its conditions and applicable Bahrain consumer rights.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Special and custom orders<\/h2>\n<p>Custom-built, specially ordered, personalized, registered, activated, or configured products may not be cancellable after preparation or procurement has begun, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Refund method<\/h2>\n<p>For an approved cancellation where payment has been collected, the refund will be returned <strong>only to the original payment method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Processing time<\/h2>\n<p>We will initiate an approved cancellation refund within <strong>7 business days<\/strong>. After initiation, a card or bank refund may take approximately <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> to appear, depending on the customer\u2019s bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Store cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, payment is not authorized, fraud or misuse is suspected, delivery information is insufficient, or the transaction is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.
